If you no longer want your Turf Cleaning Academy account, you can request permanent deletion here without needing to access the mobile app.
Use the form on this page and provide the email address associated with your Academy account.
We may contact you using the account email address to confirm your identity and protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
Once verified, we will delete or de-identify applicable account data and confirm completion in accordance with applicable law.
What deletion may remove
Deleting your Academy account may permanently remove or de-identify information associated with your account, including:
- Your member profile and account information.
- Course access and saved course progress.
- Certification and completion records associated with the account.
- Community membership and participation history.
- Saved preferences and other Academy account data.
Information we may need to retain
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including records needed for tax or accounting purposes, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legal obligations.
Deleting your account from the app
If an account-deletion option is available within the Turf Cleaning Academy mobile app, you may also initiate deletion there. This webpage provides an external method for users who prefer to submit the request outside the app.
